As a full-time rugby coach, Andrew has many years of experience working with athletes of different age groups and different standards of the sport. Through these experiences, he has gained the skills on how to effectively work with athletes, as well as with the average gym goer.

He is able to customise his programs according to the needs and abilities of the client. Being an ex-competitive rugby player, who has sustained several injuries throughout his playing stint, he is aware of the frustrations and disappointments that comes with it. As such, he is driven to help individuals achieve their fitness goals, by optimizing their mobility through structured and individualized pieces of training.

Andrew strongly believes that everyone can benefit from exercise regardless of its routine. Having undergone severe weight loss himself, he understands the prevailing challenges and takes a special interest in helping individuals get back into shape through a healthy and active lifestyle.

Andrew incorporates functional training in his workouts, making sure that each workout helps clients improve their physical performance outside of the gym. He strives to give his clients a challenging and exciting experience through each workout, and at the same time, enabling the clients to perform the exercises effectively so as to reap the maximum benefits out of each program.

Andrew's will tailor his training to your needs

Whatever is your target – general fitness, competitive events or even endurance sports, Andrew was able to customize training to suit your needs. He will push you during the training and explain the objectives of the drills/ sets so that you know what you are working for. I can feel my fitness level improving after undergoing training with Andrew.

Look no further if you are looking to get back in shape and get that heart rate firing again. Andrew customizes his training regime to fit your needs and will adjust the intensity to suit your current fitness and slowly tune it up as u start to improve. As someone who is not very fit, I can see myself improving under Andrew’s meticulously tailored regimes every week. He always keeps exercise fun and exciting, constantly encouraging those under his training. It’s always a rewarding session with him. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone looking to begin your fitness journey, Andrew is a great trainer to work with! Also, he has great taste in music.
